The problem with the Computer Programming and Analysis is can be found
anywhere and everywhere easily. An employer could just hire some
experts internationally with low-cost. In addition, there too many freelance
programmers out there. However, I really like and i enjoy both of the above programs, which one is more in demand that has higher chance of paying higher salary?

Go with what interests you. Network engineering gives you a more stable job. Speaking from experience working for a high-tech hardware corporation, the software engineers were a dime a dozen and the turnover resembled an in-then-out revolving door thing. The IT group remained rock solid.
In a nutshell, do programming only if you are _really_ good at it and _really_ love it. Do technical/hardware work if you want stability. As a simple example, when working as a network engineer, it was, for the corp, a total waste of time and money to lay me off, since I was one of a small handful of people that understood the networking infrastucture.
The most stable and well paying job I’ve seen was a guy we contracted to work on our PBX, since no one else wanted to learn that esoteric knowledge.
Pick your poison. One more thing, you can do programming (write scripts, etc.) if you work networking. Also, programming a cisco router isn’t all fireworks, but it can be fun and challenging once you learn it.
