Your verbs aren’t in agreement: mostly you’ve stated your activities in the past tense but you slipped up when you said “Leads”– should be “Led.”
Your Activities should be retitled and shortened to “Service” and you could shorten that. Honestly that is important but shouldn’t be given more space on the page as your skills.
